Come celebrate winter in the Alexander Valley and pick up your December Wine Club Release! We're once again sponsoring a barrel for the Geyserville Community Toy Drive!

Enjoy warming winter food paired with our featured wines on Saturday, December 14. Your club order will be packed and ready to go! And we will have a few vendors on hand with gift ideas for your holidays.

Only 100 tickets available - $15 per person plus one new, unwrapped toy per guest. Club Members may bring two additional guests, four attendees per membership. All attendees must be over 21 years of age. No pets at this event, please.

As we have done in the past, there will be two seatings: 11AM-1PM, and 2PM-4PM.

Our own Christine Cureton has created a special “Retro Steakhouse” menu for the occasion. Here is what we have planned for you:

• Enjoy a sparkling reception with assorted passed appetizers including bacon-wrapped prawns, and cheese dreams

• Take a stroll in the Brignole Vineyards with Jim as he gives you a little history

• Savor a formal 3-course dinner on our terrace overlooking the vineyard - each course individually paired with a delicious J. Rickards Wine

  • Ricotta ravioli with brown butter, sage and roasted squash

  • Spinach salad with bacon, estate walnuts, and balsamic dressing

  • Braised beef short ribs and potatoes gratin - paired with special library selections, our 2017 and 2018 Reserve Petite Sirah!

• Finish the night with a delightful affogato (decaf)

Experience harvest season like never before in this ultimate hands-event. Following a light breakfast with mimosas, guests head out to the vineyard to learn to harvest fruit. After bringing their harvest back up to the winery, guests sort and crush the grapes they've just picked. Following a delicious lunch with wine pairings, guests learn to bottle wine straight from the barrel and get to take a bottle home as a souvenir of their hard work! Ticket price includes all food, wine, and materials.

Come explore one of the most beautiful and relaxed areas of Sonoma County: The Left Bank of the Alexander Valley! We’re known for Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and more! From the towns of Geyserville and Cloverdale, northward to the top of this historical appellation, participating wineries will be pouring their best locally grown wines for you to enjoy paired with delicious artisan grilled and barbecued dishes.

$60 per person, $10 for designated drivers. You’ll also receive 4 - $5 credit vouchers for Left Bank wine purchases on the day of the event, and a souvenir wine glass.

Tickets are limited to keep this event relaxed and let participants avoid the crowds. Along with J. Rickards Winery, other participating Left Bank wineries are BobDog Wines, Kelley & Young Wines, and Mercury Wines.

We had so much fun filling Jugs in March, that we decided to get another barrel ready for this event. The Zinfandel blend, Brown Barn Red will go perfectly with what we’re dishing up - Jim’s special barbecue ribs and tasty side dishes. We’ll have other wines available for tasting, as well. And the 750ml jugs will be available to purchase.

One of our favorite summer events returns! Our Open Barn will feature a perfect wine-pairing plate of grilled chicken wraps with a side salad. We’ll have morning or afternoon seatings to reserve, with a delightful food pairing to go with the club release wines.

It will be held on the Tasting Room Picnic Grounds on Saturday, May the 4th. We will have two seatings. Please make your time selection from the two options provided: 11AM - 1PM, or 2PM - 4PM.

We will be serving our Six "P" Pasta Salad - pesto, peas, prosciutto, pistachios, parmesan, pasta! The wine pairings will be our new Sauvignon Blanc (Double Gold at the North Coast Wine Competition) and Syrah from our Furlong Vineyard. We will also be tasting our new releases of Old Vine Zinfandel (Gold Medal Winner x2), Ancestor Zinfandel, and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.

We will also be tasting our new release of Old Vine Zinfandel, Left Bank Cuvée, and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
