Explore the diversity of Alexander Valley through the eyes of three local chefs over a series of six virtual tastings moderated by Sommelier and wine-writer, Courtney Humiston. Each chef is challenged to focus on a three-course food & wine pairing with the three Alexander Valley wines featured on each episode, diving into nuances and characteristics depending on where the wine comes from in the valley. Travel along with us from north to south, valley floor to mountain top to discover how microclimate and winemaking style can affect the flavor profiles of these wines. Our winemakers and tasting guides will be at the session to guide you on terroir differences and winemaking techniques and discuss the pairings with the chef.
