The year round maintenance and care of the vineyard could not be accomplished without the superb help of Juan Favela and his family. Juan joined us in 1990 at the beginning of our first expansion. His knowledge and drive helped us make this a beautiful spot in Alexander Valley.
Jorge Alcazar & Aguida Arias Carillo
Husband and wife team, Jorge and Aguida, have been with us since 2003 and are the mainstays of our vineyard crew. They also lend a hand with our winery events and the wine club packing and shipping. Jorge's skill as a gardener is evident throughout our ranch with the stunning landscaping he designs and maintains. The agave plants are a particular favorite with guests.
