Here is what we have planned for you:
Enjoy a sparkling reception with assorted passed appetizers
Take a stroll in the Brignole Vineyards with Jim as he gives you a little history
Savor a formal 3-course dinner on our terrace overlooking the vineyard
Roasted butternut squash soup
Harvest salad
Prosciutto wrapped medallions of roast pork tenderloin, served over creamy polenta with haricot verts. The pork tenderloin is wrapped with prosciutto, filled with a brandied cherry and herb stuffing, then roasted to perfection!
Each course prepared for you by our own Christine Cureton and individually paired with a delicious J. Rickards Wine
Finish the night with a special sweet treat and coffee
